You Reserve
Choose the share size that’s right for your family—quarter, half, or whole—and secure your spot. Reserving early ensures your freezer is stocked with premium, grass-fed beef year-round.

Butcher
Once your steer is ready, you'll receive a call from the butcher to choose your cuts. Then, it’s skillfully butchered and professionally packaged for freshness and convenience—perfectly portioned for your family’s freezer.
